Note: For the most part my meat is measured and then frozen so it keeps well and doesn’t develop histamine. Beef is frozen in 5oz, and Pork Belly in 6oz. 5&6 ounce packages is typically how I freeze meat. Chicken wings are 10 ounces as they bones etc. make the weight a little skewed, that’s about 6-8 wings.

MAY 24th 2026
WK1Day1:

✅ Whip cream with a little protein powder, 20 minute walk

✅ Chicken wings with butter/sauce served with sour cream. 50 minute walk and some gardening

✅ 5pm, chicken bone broth, home made, walk down to garden and back. Whip cream with protein powder


WK1Day2 Monday(Memorial Day – Everyone Home):

✅ Beeler’s sausage egg scramble, walked with weighted vest 1 hour

✅ Beef Ribs with Keto BBQ Sauce on them, 20 minutes on treadmill

Cleaned the house

✅ Cup of chicken broth some whip cream with a little protein powder, 20 minutes on treadmill

WK1Day3 Tuesday:

A very generic breakfast

✅ WEIGH IN: 187, WAIST 40″
✅ BEELER’s sausage links, low sodium Costco bacon 1 strip, 1 egg
✅ Lunch, wasn’t hungry, Coke Zero, Walked 3 Miles on treadmill with the weighted vest.
✅ 8 mile bike ride in the park
✅ Dinner, 2 Duroc Pork Chops Cream with Protein Powder


WK1Day4 Wednesday:

May 27th 2026


*didn’t feel too well*
Did not work out, had some dizzy spells, nausea and ear ringing today. Maybe over did it on Tuesday.

✅ Steamed an egg with bacon and sausage
✅ Pork Belly, Shabu Shabu Beef cooked together
✅ Beef Broth Home Made


WK1 DAY 6 Friday: Today woke up to cat having diarrhea through the kitchen, in front of the litter box in living room and litter box in the back, just a lot of runny crap, and in my room happened upon a pool of urine when I picked up my exercise equipment. These cats are just all completely fucking mental right now.

WK1 DAY6 SATURDAY: I’m off a day, hmm. I’m thinking about painting those walls today so they are done. (FINALLY) …the problem is I have to get the guys to move stuff away from the wall and bring in the ladder because the hand paint portion is pretty high up.
