Maybe my biography will be, “she failed at everything she tried until she finally kinda gained some competence in a couple of areas.

It’s been a tough week. I should have started September with a long fast, didn’t of course. Foot is whack, in constant pain. Headaches. GI issues, very discouraging. Been studying Japanese still though and I’m on a 22 day streak of not missing a day. Terribly fatigued though and finding it difficult to concentrate. Fighting depression, struggling to have anything like motivation. Had some seizure activity.

I am convinced my health issues stem from either hemachromatosis, an inborn error of hanging on to too much iron and / or auto immune particular Myasthenia Gravis particularly with the eye thing, although everyone seems to be rocking one droop eye these days.

Neighbors are being rich again. They showed up and caused a bit of static, bad energy, really bad, strange things always accompany them. Anyway – they didn’t stay and are gone again but it threw me off energy wise.

I am discouraged.

Meditating outside. Eating Vegetarian Health Food (I have lost a little weight). Riding my bicycle – this time 12 miles all around, to the ocean and to Coffenburry! The cats wait for me to come out and meditate now so it feels like a real solid habit.

The skies have been very beautiful lately in the morning.
