For no real discernable reason I spent a month or so deeply depressed. Crying for no reason. Having panic attacks and anxiety.
As far as I can tell, I had a really severe deficiency in calcium. As soon as calcium was added I could sleep, the anxiety and panic went away and life was better.
I may have always had some issues with Calcium maybe because of the GI issues, idk. I take a lot of supplements now in the hope that it can over come the damaged intestinal system and worn out stomach.
I’m tired today though and not doing much quickly.
It is being kinda a strange fall.

Missing the Son, but it sounds like he’s doing well in Japan.
I’m trying to get a lot done, generally speaking, not counting today because I’m being a big lazy butt today, but I started driving myself around. I took several loads of disused items to Goodwill. I took two loads of food to the food bank. I joined a local church. I rejoined the gym and I volunteered at the park. I didn’t feel like doing anything mind you – let alone being social, which is why I did it.
I’ve been trying to get in Yoga but it is so hard for me to stick with it despite it giving me the most benefit. Today I’m curled up with a heating pad. Sometimes I do have a lot of joint pain. A lot of pain. I had an asthma attack and it was very scary. So I joined the gym the next day so I can get fit and lose weight, I think it will make breathing easier I hope. I keep telling anyone who will listen for TWO YEARS that I have trouble breathing and it just falls through the cracks, but it’s probably more pressing of an issue than the epilepsy or the arthritis.
I’m low-carb and I enjoy the simplicity. I eat meat, sometimes an apple and peanut butter. I avoid dairy. It’s very easy.

Hubs is putting in a bidet in the bathroom today. I’ll be too scared to use it for a year or more ;-P
