This week a momma raccoon showed up hungry and thirsty, she has a litter of young nearby. I went out and did some photography with Jason. I decided to take time off the Internet as I have so much to do. The cleaning and sorting has really worn me out but the studio is 95% finished.



Went to the doctor and nothing wrong with me, which is kinda awesome.
Started a Carnivore program at Steak and Butter Gal and have been doing okay very low-carb.
I ordered new glasses.
Race Training (generally) 24th – 12,500 steps. 25th – 16,500 steps. 20th – 14,500 steps 18th – 10,000 steps with weighted vest, 16th – 11,700. I’m only walking right now to train for the race but no soreness and I’m doing okay! 👍. I also had a day of cat Yoga, walked down and back to the garden and road my bike all around at least once. This week I want to add some weights and maybe other activities








So this week I need to divide life into 3 sections:
✅ Working out and training, add weights and Yoga
✅ Art, studying and reading
✅ Cleaning, Organizing, Meal Prep and Housework
Gaaah, so this morning Poutou lost control of his bowels, I have runny cat shit all over my house and urine. He’s going to have to sleep in the shop, because this is an hour ahead of me and not fun. Poor old boy, but damn. It’s either the roomy shop or a crate, hmm.
