The Pond: Sunday was spent crawling through the dirt and debris on my belly at the clay pit pond to photograph very tiny frogs. I missed the egg clusters, but the chorus frogs were out in full force.
The Sightings: Thursday morning’s photo trek was slow, but my husband nailed a shot of a juvenile brown pelican that made the trip worth it. We went out early but most of nature was a no-show.
The Garden: My seedlings were looking a bit pale and yellow, so I braved the stench of organic fertilizer. The “aroma” was questionable, but the results aren’t—everything is finally turning a lush green

X was slow this week. I think I don’t give the algo what it wants – drama.
Monday we went to Portland and I bought art supplies went to the Japanese market and Ulta to track down my doctors nail polish because it’s divine (quest finished!) I did a lot of Pikmin and made some new friends. Maybe the route through the hills though triggered the vestibular issue and I’ve been dizzy since Monday – so five days now. Yesterday was better but I woke up to grey skies and those almost guarantee the “trapped on a boat” feeling.
I’m taking antihistamines for it beginning last night but I guess it takes awhile for full effect. I have had terrible allergies so maybe I got to a tipping point of too much histamine or possibly my blood sugar swings, idk, but it makes me tired, makes it difficult to do anything and is a pain in the ass. Maybe it does explain why I always had seizures if I was off antihistamines for too long and why I can’t eat soy sauce or cheese. Hmm.
