I had more energy even after having some cookies.

I went out on a long bicycle ride (14 miles aprox) on Thursday, Christmas, and did not get tired or need water. Despite eating carbohydrates I did significantly better.

I am wondering if I should go the entirety of 2026 with no Youtube. I want my theme this year to be getting fit – but I’m not totally committed yet, I am pondering it.
