I’ve gotten to where I’m not digesting food too well and my stomach is always an acidic mess. It has made the carnivore diet impossible as meat was sitting in my GI for 12 hours sometimes unable to empty. The top valve opens when it shouldn’t. The bottom valve won’t open when it should. Apparently this is a side effect of the medication I’m on.
