Seizures everyday. Every day, and some pretty damn bad ones. It’s the end of the week though and they have improved a little. Severe foot pain.

AUGUST 1

Low carb day, under 1,200 calories. Cat Yoga 30 minutes with meditation. Nice out. I did a lot of cooking, I made Jason breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack – my God, I didn’t know where the energy came from, probably burning extra glycogen stores but day 2 it wore off. lol – walked to park with Jason 4,000 steps

Most of my poppy efforts were foiled this year but a few in pots came up. They have gotten too large and too root bound so have had to plant a few in the larger garden. I just love poppies, each one is a work of art. They don’t last long but they’re really amazing. These aren’t the ‘drug’ variety btw – those are a species of breadfruit poppy and quite different in foliage and seeding although still lovely.

AUGUST 2 JJ’s Birthday Still Low Carb Under 1,200 calories – thought I was really onto something for a minute

JJ made cupcakes

She made cupcakes and I made bisquits for Jason’s breakfasts during the week. I was on the mat again with Poutou, it was a beautiful day. The crickets really set in on the first and it suddenly feels like I need a pumpkin spice latte. 3500 steps

August 2nd from the Yoga mat – those are nasturtiums growing by the barn, it looks rather shabby but we did put a new roof on it and so forth but I suppose I should keep it a bit nicer. I just don’t have much energy.

AUGUST 3rd – no longer low carb – carb bender!

I have been working on the new Pikmin challenge for August!

Fatigue, Dizzy, walked to pikmin peak but did not feel good at all. Seizure stuff. Coped with eating copious amounts of carbs which probably didn’t help. The aerosol spraying was insane, so much for a beautiful sunny day.

aerosol injection spraying of some sort

I made friends with the local crow leader and that has been very entertaining. He follows me around and asks for bread for him and his crownies.

I went out with Jason and found free chairs on the side of the road. 3,370 Steps

I’m looking forward to painting these up and making a bench – but I need to feel better.

AUGUST 4th 2025 A VERY DARK DAY

After spraying heavily yesterday, today the clouds were so thick and heavy it blocked out the sun and it was quite dark. Soon we’ll all be living underground like mole people to avoid the sun I suppose. Cat assist Yoga and meditation. Fatigue. Walked with Ian in the morning at Stevens but my mood has been kinda low.

Old man Poutou caught a rodent. He relived his glory days.

AUGUST 5th Seizure stuff quite bad – all day

My friend the crow and clear skies!

Massive spray again, the morning started out lovely so I ran and got the Yoga mat and got into the sun before they blocked it all out. 30 minutes of cat Yoga and 10 of Meditation with the cats. They had four or more planes spraying though I think, it was quite dramatic – like how do people now look up and worry?? I’m glad I saw a little sun at least. Fatigue and seizures.

Cat breakfast – peaceful kingdom of kitties

All week the neighbor lady hoarder had a pickup truck with a cage of cats in the back. I don’t know what that was about but eventually they weren’t there anymore.

Jason and I went for Costco ice cream but they were out of strawberries so I had a sad chocolate sunday but I could have really gone for strawberry.

AUGUST 6 Doctor’s Checkup – Went Fine. No Sun – DARK DARK DARK all day

I’m not cleared to do much yet from the doctor but I am healing up. Very dark all day which is horrible in the summertime when we have so little sun during the winter. I don’t know why they feel the need to spray the entire planet but it probably is something quite terrible. Seizure stuff was very bad and fatigue. Bad dizzy spell while watering garden plants, maybe over did it.

3677 steps

went to Walmart walking steps just at stores and doctors office today

AUGUST 7th UV RAYS 10,900% !!

Well, it feels like it, I went out early for the walk and meandered over to the bridge and back. Fatigue, Jason cooked dinner after work. I think I’m depressed, I’ve felt quite low. Jason brought in my spin bike so I can do that when I feel like it if there is low to no resistance per doctors orders. My feet are very painful and feel broken, often need my cane. I walk but I wear layered insoles and when I get home and sit for a bit they’re so painful I can barely walk at all. PF and arthritis working together. On sunny days when they’re not spraying there is no much more active wildlife. Everything hushes when those planes begin their horrible dirty work.

I finally saw a snake, usually by this time of the year I’ve seen too many to count but they were all gone this year. The baby raccoons were back up the other night though. A litter of 5 healthy babies is quite an accomplishment. The raccoons look quite healthy and robust. Had a few elk up and they attacked the nasturtiums, figured out they’re not after my flowers – they’re after the moisture in the flowers. They don’t get to drink much this time of year. With the apple tree fruiting and starting to drop a few morsels the elk will be more regular visitors. My flowers are doomed, but I tell you, the vining nasturtiums did great this year and the little green hummingbirds spent a lot of quality time going from flower to flower. It was neat to see the hummingbird. 7,000 steps
