It was a really good week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

THURSDAY NOV 2: 9 miles on a bicycle with J out to a river overlook and back. The air was balmy and quiet – eye of the storm. Atmospheric river had moved in. We had just enough time for a ride. We caught a little rain on the way back. Fasted, but had too many pretzels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I dragged Jason in the evening to Costco to buy a Christmas tree. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

WEDNESDAY NOV 1: 4 Miles on a bicycle with Ian. Had to take a different route because of the elk blocking the typical path, but it turned out okay. I actually really liked it, I recalled a lot of scary hills, but they weren’t so scary this time. Another excellent day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

TUESDAY HALLOWEEN — No trick-or-treaters this year. All over the world, people didn’t go out and a lot of people chose not to hand out candy. Hmm. I fasted on Tuesday and painted, shopped and cleaned house. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MONDAY OCTOBER 30 — Pokemon Go, walked around the park and took a few gyms. Cleaned. House work. I wrote a little this week also. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNDAY OCTOBER 29 — Pokemon with the Torker in the park. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SATURDAY OCTOBER 28th — Hiking on Kwis Kwis taking photos with Jason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
