I worked out in the shop a little, and outside a little, but when walking my foot swells and is so painful it feels broken, so I end up with advil and ice. Even inside I&#8217;m wearing sunglasses.  But when I ask other people &#8212; is that what you see also? There was none of the usual harmony and peace that is outdoors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yesterday we had a smaller lemon drop sun and as it came up through the trees there were the most amazing sparkles, I&#8217;ve never seen anything like it.  I rubbed my eyes and asked &#8211; am I really seeing this?  But there they were, sparkles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have had trouble with my vision lately though so &#8230; ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have not studied Japanese as much as I should.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was very down all September and am trying to be better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m trying to be more positive, but I can see that things are bad.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyway, I hope the clouds and rains return very soon.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re being dragged into a dystopian hell.&#8221; -Brand October 2023 I was able to quit coffee and sleep better.
