{"id":822,"date":"2023-07-22T00:22:54","date_gmt":"2023-07-22T00:22:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.merwanjeeframjee.com\/?p=822"},"modified":"2023-07-22T00:22:54","modified_gmt":"2023-07-22T00:22:54","slug":"july-21st-already-wow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.merwanjeeframjee.com\/index.php\/2023\/07\/22\/july-21st-already-wow\/","title":{"rendered":"July 21st Already&#8230;wow"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul><li>On Monday everyone felt sick in a different way and Ian and I had a moment of high strangeness inside of a darn Costco. <\/li><li>On Tuesday I went for a walk on the beach with Ian with a Starbucks and then hit up the TexMex food truck for lunch &#8211; it was not my best food day.  Stratotankers laying down aerial spray again, which makes everyone jumpy.<\/li><li>Tuesday night was seizure territory, which I thought was odd time of the month but woke up with spotting on Wednesday and bad cramps.<\/li><li>Wednesday I fasted, in the morning I road the Torker bike 6.3 miles around the fort trail at an average clip of 8.8mph.  Tired in the afternoon I took a nap and had a bad dream.  I thought something happened to my aunt and when I got up I did a little research and found out she had passed away \ud83d\ude41 <\/li><li>Thursday I found an address for my uncle and sent him a card and I heard from my Cousin&#8217;s wife.  I was happy to hear the family is sad and have had some calamities but a baby is expected and things are okay.<\/li><li>Thursday I spent the day quite depressed but JJ came over and we went for a nice walk and found a moth that turns into a really pretty cinnabar butterfly.  I think I felt very down both because of my aunt but the seizure activity.  I took a bunch of benedryl and think I had slept through the worst of it.  <\/li><li>Friday I went to the beach with Jason and left him in the beach chair while I took a walk.  I love walking the beach.  I brought home some feathers for Wakako of course. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-imgur wp-block-embed-imgur\"><div
