Been a slow sweet summer, ending in a few damp cold days Thursday \/ Friday high of 58 and misty. My back is kinda jacked today so taking it easy: ibuprofen and tiger balm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My flower garden is outstanding this year. I have been watering it everyday and fertilizing very generously so it is really pretty this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The poppies are resistant to being eaten by deer and they’re easy to grow here so I’ll probably do more of these.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jason ordered me the Wahoo Kickr – really hope my back feels better soon so I can pretend to be a cyclist \ud83d\ude00 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve been meditating outdoors everyday in July and chilling, trying to unwind my nervous system. Everyone in my age group seems to be brainwashed to the gills. Trying to stay grounded and in harmony with a different vibe. It’s not easy though, it’s easy to get caught up – when they run those planes overhead or the crack heads set fires in the woods, it rocks my boat, but I’m trying to do better. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I took the Torker out for a ride 3 days this week and have walked each day. Every so often my neck seizes up in a painful way that makes me feel like I’m having a stroke or some kind of emergency medical event, luckily it doesn’t last too long, but gees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
