Specialized tools.  The Youtube tutorial was intense&#8230;.um&#8217; I popped on two tires, tightened on some handlebars and screwed on pedals.  That&#8217;s it.  I had parts and tools leftover so&#8230;..???? Maybe the damn bike will fall apart on me, idk. I&#8217;m super intensely nervous about this upcoming race.  It&#8217;s not just that I&#8217;m fat, old and haven&#8217;t trained enough but sometimes my health absolutely fucks me over in ways that are &#8230; scary.  Really scary and I tend to shrug off shit and have a high pain tolerance.  I&#8217;m aware my constellation of symptoms spells out, &#8216;you&#8217;re fucked&#8217; in the sky.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kinda worse though &#8211; the plague of hypochondriasm is happening right now from little girls thinking they are schizophrenic and have turrets syndrome to women my age making headlines with &#8212; and I shit you not &#8212; &#8220;Doctors said I would be bedridden from fibromyalgia!&#8221;   (Don&#8217;t worry she fought tooth and nail and has an inspirational Instagram story &#8212; Fuck me man. *vomit face*)  How am I going to get a proper diagnosis when doctors just handle crazy McCrazy all day every fucking day.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So sometimes I have abdominal pain so bad I turn white, get super nauseus, break out in a cold sweat and get super weak and feel like I&#8217;m dying.  It passes &#8211; yeah but makes an impression.
