Lee Harvey Oswald<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Man, that was super stressful too.  Loading up a stray cat.  Hmm.  But he&#8217;s neutered and has his shots now.  He was pretty good natured about it and now sports a pretty blue collar. It was a little chilly and steep but a pretty good run.  It took me about two hours but the hills are quite steep and I&#8217;ve been stupid ill the last few months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solving the health puzzle.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s my pancreas and sodium levels.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There it is, all solved.  I&#8217;m not sure how to fix it but will begin by having more salt in my diet.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m riding my stationary bike again some and working out.
