They grow quickly.  I have no frickin&#8217; idea where I&#8217;m going to put these!!  It is six weeks before they go outside.  Cue panic and giving these away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today I went and ran trail, which surprised me.  Last time I needed a walking stick, but I guess things have improved a little although I was still fairly slow.  My chest was tight and painful sometimes along the run.  Sometimes I get worried something will happen if I push it, the phrase which must not be uttered in 2023, &#8216;died suddenly&#8217;.  The paramedic said my heart looked strong on the EKG, but&#8230; I guess I really suspect it&#8217;s a bit wack from the rona.  My VO2Max is quite low. They were really wonderful!  The weather was unusually nice, as we&#8217;ve been getting storms still and cold nights.   I saw two black military helicopters this week and some sort of slow moving &#8216;flying wing&#8217; plane that made this incredible sort of base sound that rattled my house (which made me go outside and look).  I was perplexed at the loud baritone engine noise &#8211; yet it moved so casually \/ slowly.  Internet was no help there, although it turns out the Blackhawks were in total probability the coast guard, who are buying a few gently used military helicopters to replace their aging fleet of helicopters.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"357\" src=\"https:\/\/www.merwanjeeframjee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/tomatocloseup.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-580\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.merwanjeeframjee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/tomatocloseup.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.merwanjeeframjee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/tomatocloseup-300x214.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><figcaption>crazy mator<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We get F15 training days over my house, coast guard and civilian air traffic.  Leer jets fly in sometimes.  In my entire life though &#8211; the flying wing was really unusual.
