I just played Pok\u00e9mon Go all week, and then Violet.  I really didn&#8217;t do anything.  A little laundry.  I was so bloated it felt like I put on 50lbs.  I&#8217;ve given up on my eating plan entirely.  Given up on volunteering and a life outside my chair really.  Jase ordered me a Macintosh and I&#8217;m going to work more on my stories.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m hoping to get up early and spend time in Yoga \/ Bike &#8212; to improve my muscles around the GI so that it&#8217;s strong enough to withstand cardio.   Nodules on fingers are being matched with nodules on my toes and feet from arthritis.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m going vegetarian as digestive enzymes, meat, and fat are out of the picture.  I can&#8217;t digest it.  I don&#8217;t know if I&#8217;ll have energy if I don&#8217;t do the protein shakes, no idea.
