I was in the gym doing cardio on Tues. Wed. To this end I now have 75 Pokemon Go friends and I&#8217;m trying to keep them in gifts everyday.  It&#8217;s a lot of work! lol <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dumped Zwift because it did not work with the new bike.  I was riding on Zwift and had a jogger run right past me, the MPH never would increase no matter how I messed with the resistance.  To be honest some of my apps I was pretty happy to replace this year and try out new ones that have turned out to be great.  I really like Insight Timer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m doing I.F. with OMAD.
