I will need to find a work-around.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"happy-holidays\">Happy Holidays<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve signed up for a race and I&#8217;ve been training.  I&#8217;m slightly sidelined and up at 4am because of incredible nauseating dizzy spells.  One hit when I was coming up the deck stairs and I almost fell backwards which was &#8230; crazy.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s probably some seizure activity coming in like a storm &#8211; or it&#8217;s that iffy pork I tried to make for supper.  I guess it did not survive the power outage from the big storm.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I went on protein water + L-Glutamine + N-A-G while fasting and the colitis did get better.  My energy improved and I was able to go back to the gym<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I was a kid, Grandpa always had &#8216;The Red Shed&#8217; and it was always&#8230;&#8221;go out into the red shed and get&#8230;&#8221;  I helped Grandpa build things with a lot of gusto.  The shed had a place for each and every single thing, and it was clean.  Very clean.  Cleaner then most people&#8217;s homes.  I would guess my farm-wife grandmother had a lot to do with that.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dreamed last night that I was in the red shed again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was speaking into the air, &#8220;just move something, show me you&#8217;re here.  I miss you.&#8221;  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But it was dark inside, and nothing moved, but on the top shelf I saw one of my old plastic containers chocked full of my paint brushes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hadn&#8217;t really considered how long ago my story to become an artist had begun in earnest&#8230;it&#8217;s been ages.
