After watching all of the Hallmark channel’s ‘Good Witch’ movies, I’ve moved on to the series. My cat likes to sit in front of the TV. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uh oh, Mr. White Nose the extra large saucy buck has been waiting behind the shop all day to get the drop on the two lovely mule deer ladies that live in this territory and Sarah the deer just walked past his hiding spot. Rude of the bloke. We have an atmospheric river coming down. I day dream about building a pavilion under which the forest critters could shelter. Will never happen of course, but it looks darn miserable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Been fasting every other day and today is day #3 of fasting. I’ve lost around 6lbs. The migraine finally came home to roost though. I look like utter shit. I am very puffy. This kinda sucks, but I’m continuing on because, unlike any other diet I’ve tried, this actually works. Today I’ve subbed a few of the shakes for chicken broth and electrolyte powder drinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
