It&#8217;s looking really good.  The simulated wood grain trim at the top required me to go up and down the ladder a whole lot to try to prime and cover it up.  It&#8217;s nasty.  It finally looks pretty good though. Back in 2011 I had been watching a big bloke and the next time I saw him it was just his head in the back of a pick up truck and some rednecks driving away real quick.  They just took the head as a trophy and left the rest I guess (assholes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m a really negative person anyway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve been trying to get more &#8216;cookies in my cookie jar&#8217; as David Goggins said in his book that I&#8217;ve read a couple of times yet didn&#8217;t implement the advice.  Typical.  I need better memories to call on and to banish some of the darker stuff.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have a lot of goals and it feels good to finally make progress.  I whine less.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyway, had a productive week.  A lot of arthritis though.  I&#8217;m going to try and cut back on meat and replace it with starches I guess.
