I missed my workout wondering &#8212; wth is causing me so much pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomorrow I&#8217;ll get to it early before the world wakes up.  Have time to myself that way.  Fewer interruptions.  This will give me a chance to sing Japanese song lyrics in the shop\/gym without being overheard and embarrassed.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I inspected the shop for spiders, my mortal enemy.  No spiders yet, still early in the season.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ll workout hard tomorrow and try to make up for today.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve been avoiding gobs of types of food, but still weighed in at 184lbs this morning without any success of alleviating pain.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Until tomorrow&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tomorrow I&#8217;m going to get up at 5am and workout.
