I over came my shyness and mental hurdles and a fair number of physical issues to volunteer at a sip and sketch at a garden in Portland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, I didn’t drive, I couldn’t have done it without my husband – but last year I couldn’t have done it at all. Last year I was still working through extreme B12 deficiency. Hmm, I wonder if I have B12 deficiency again and that’s causing my issues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I started DDPY Yoga on an app, it has PT sessions for the muscles I had cut during the surgery so I think it’s going to work out really well. I averaged 10,000 steps everyday last week but got really tired. ;-P haha<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s been lonely with Ian in Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When he gets back I want to be stronger and have accomplished difficult things too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next up is a 5K, Race for a Soldier, if I get to do that I can finally fill in the eye of my Daruma.
