Regular supper.  It is very easy to stick to and so far I&#8217;ve lost 5lbs.  Took my bike across the river and road the Discovery trail, around 8 miles.  I tried the ol&#8217; girl on the packed sand but it wasn&#8217;t having it.  I gave her a good bath when we got back and oiled the chain and degreased her.  There were a lot of shells of rock crabs on the beach, it turns out they molt.  I didn&#8217;t realize that.  This time in July is their second molt.   I wore a sunshine jersey \ud83d\ude42   Today was long-run day and I was at Iredale, not overcast today!  It was bright and sunny.  The Hoka shoes do poorly in the sand so the last part of the 3 mile run I just took them off and carried them.  Running through the waves on the sand is just absolutely amazing. You don&#8217;t want things to jiggle during a run or a ride or you end up hurting later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have a couple of kidney stones that sometimes take my breath away.  Thus far&#8230;.they stop, it&#8217;s just little zaps.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I haven&#8217;t missed a day in July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even during my migraine day I went on a long 2 mile walk.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I spent all of June sick.  My oxygen saturation is still down after Covid (below 96%)  and I still have the remains of a cough and coughing up little hard balls of phlegm, sorry gross.  Looks like it&#8217;s the Omicron 5.2 variant or something very close to that.
