Jason bought me a month of Peacock advertisement free so I can stream it.  So&#8230;..my family didn&#8217;t realize how long a tour lasts, or how long each stage is and I think I&#8217;m driving them crazy with it, lol.  Today Jungles really put on a show.  Those mountains are brutal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was rooting for Ineos but I sense tension in the team, they&#8217;re not working together cohesively I believe.  Jumbo Vismo is really doing an admiral job of team work.  They have a good leader behind the scenes most likely, or a strong leader, maybe even Wout.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a new coof strain  5.2 or something like that &#8212; anyway, a lot of people in the tour keep testing positive and being pulled.  It will be interesting to see if that effects the results for the yellow jersey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s the 11th, I haven&#8217;t missed any exercise in July.  Today I went to the beach to put in my C25K training run, and it was amazing out there.  Beautiful.  I feel like my strength is returning but I need to be careful.  I&#8217;m having abdominal pain again.
