So in 8 weeks I want to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Lose at least 10lbs<\/li><li>Run \/ Walk a 5K<\/li><li>Develop better habits<\/li><li>Be happpier<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tried to weed my garden today but the tall grass made my lungs act up and I had to retreat.
