I haven&#8217;t been feeling well.  Today I was down, didn&#8217;t want to get out of bed, got up, ate a little bacon and went back to bed until around 1pm.  Just very tired, foggy, depressed and not operational.  Too little or too much Vitamin C?  I don&#8217;t feel like I&#8217;m in Ketosis but unsure what is up.
