Wrapped up the week feeling off, though. More dizzy spells and nausea hit me, and I\u2019m not sure what\u2019s causing it. Still figuring that out. On a brighter note, I\u2019ve been taking magnesium citrate to help me sleep, and it\u2019s been a game-changer\u2014knocks me out solid. That\u2019s the week in a nutshell. Spring\u2019s rolling in, the coast is wild, and I\u2019m just along for the ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
