I&#8217;m having to diet again and it&#8217;s not easy.  I&#8217;m trying to bring down inflammation after holiday eats. I had a nice holiday.  I was able to cook quite a bit and put together a taco bar.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2024 was a year of travel.
