I have continued to wear my CGM as the information is very useful and showed a lot of spikes. I am having trouble getting some of my tests scheduled but any sort of healthcare right now is difficult and congested – very hard to get appointments, to get prescriptions and to get testing done. Everywhere, every single place has ’employee shortages’ — how is this possible in every single field? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I stayed out of the hospital this week. I didn’t have as many symptoms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don’t think that will always be the case though but I’m unsure what to do. I’m going to an OMAD vegetarian plan (that includes morning coffee) in a bid to get the swinging glucose, blood pressure and so forth under control. Diet and exercise is about the best treatment for anything I guess or at least it’s what is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bike wreck<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I’m unsure of the how, what, why – but I was thrown off my bike and crashed very hard on the 31st. It was wet and I think my tire went side ways along an old railroad track instead of over it and it tossed me. I came down on pavement on my right knee really hard but my other knee and leg crunched into the pedal and bike. My phone was thrown. My hands were screwed up along with my wrists and it was quite a mess honestly. I had to call for a pickup because I wasn’t sure how hurt I was or the bike was.
