I knocked him off but he&#8217;s still at large. <\/li><li>I&#8217;ve had an unusual amount of apprehension anyway and was convinced that this was the final straw in bad omens.<\/li><li>I went to the gym<\/li><li>I did my first 20-minute jog at the gym<\/li><li>I lost a little weight this week<\/li><li>I started wearing a Continuous Glucose Monitor or CGM which is now available over the counter, no longer by prescription only. <\/li><li>I had to keep Wookie inside all week because of her eye(s) although one is worse than the other right now<\/li><li>A chipmunk was rescued from Hemi cat and later released to the wild<\/li><li>The kids found a cool selection of long eared bats over at Fort Stevens<\/li><li>I went with Ian and looked at Mushrooms on Kwis Kwis.  I walked with the boy for about two miles.<\/li><li>60hz, frequencies and the nature of energy and how what we eat, drink and interact with effects that energy.  Electric Universe Theory, been pondering that lately. <\/li><li>Jason installed me a tiny faux fireplace so I could stay nice and warm in the office where I hang out in the morning.  <\/li><li>I&#8217;ve had an unusual amount of seizure activity and as they like to call it &#8216;exploding head&#8217;
