Where did the nest go?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>5G is the Osprey that nests every year on the very tip top of the cellular tower.  He had a massive nest up there, but this year &#8211; no nest.  I think they may have replaced the tower.  A tower is there but seems shorter and now a Bald Eagle was sitting atop the tower &#8211; no nest &#8230; yet.  Tower is along the river so pretty good real estate if you&#8217;re a water eagle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today was the Galloway 3rd workout.  I&#8217;m still at 1 mile.  &#8220;Go Smooth, Don&#8217;t Lumbar along! Posture!&#8221;  Well forget it, I&#8217;m nearly 50, terribly out of shape, I huff and puff and gasp and get dizzy and even before exercise most of my joints are complaining, my back, my neck, my shoulders and hips all hurt.
