DECEMBER 1-7 2025
I stopped taking 100mg Progesterone hormone replacement therapy due to high blood glucose and out of control heart burn / digestion issues. Additionally I have had issues with potassium and having low blood pressure while strictly adhering to the diet.

Been taking elderberry, echinacea tea, honey tea – useless. 🙁

Have a cough and my lungs hurt – no bueno.
Pnuemonia is trying to set in. (I did in fact fight it off – which rarely happens)
I’ve lost a bit of weight – not eating but hard to stay Carnivore. Yesterday I had bacon/eggs/beef & beef for dinner but also some crackers and part of a coke
This morning I had a breakfast sandwich as I’m exhausted and sick – honestly if we had bread around I would have just had toast.
J has adopted this diet though and you should see him, radiant, a new man. WTF. It’s an incredible transformation in a couple of days. WTH. I do think that he’s got the Celiac curse and his blood pressure was out of control with the processed foods and possibly his glucose – because he really is quite a lot better and isn’t foggy and drunk acting. He needs to stick to this diet like his life depends on it honestly.

Taking magnesium makes me crave dairy.
Maybe it’s the magnesium I take, maybe it’s a carb craving but I can’t stay away from dairy if I take mag.
Dairy wormed its way back in via the usual route anyway – I didn’t have enough fat in my diet and butter is yummy and COFFEE. I feel a lot better on coffee then without it but it does act exactly like an addictive drug. First cup first day is ambrosia, everyday afterwards your chasing that first cup vibe and it doesn’t happen unless you go to a coffee house and get a super strong coffee (which sounds great today).
J is doing really well. He went off the diet a little, immediately had negative effects and he’s back on it and doing fantastic. He is more KETO then I am with salad, vegetables, diet coke, Stevia based electrolyte drinks, that is to say it’s more varied and abundant after a fashion.

- Brain noise back (music, talking)
- optical migraine, visual snow
- inflammation
- severe fatigue (yet I am thinking and energetic enough I have my sheets washed, the cat area cleaned up and basic chores done and I studied Japanese – so I feel absolutely flattened by fatigue but am doing more then I normally do with fatigue for whatever that is worth.)
- depression, really low mood today and irritable
- weening off coffee
- stomach was pretty good overnight but it’s making a racket this morning after breakfast (2 eggs, processed sausage patty)
I did accidentally have one bite of cheese yesterday. Otherwise the food of the day went as follows: 3 eggs sunny side up and sausage (terrible diarreah afterwards), a few bites of the steak I made for Jason and some chuck roast. Drink, herbal tea 1 cup, 1/2 can of coffee, fizzy water. It’s really difficult staying on this diet. My whole body is screaming for energy but I guess it just can’t get that from food.

December 15th after forcing myself to eat leftover chuck roast….again for the millionth time.
I said if I felt like I need to quit the diet momentarily and get to feeling better so I could resume it — it’s not working. The straw that broke the camels back is now, “women need to just eat more up to FOUR times per day” FOUR FUCKING TIMES PER DAY. How is that ancestrally appropriate? How much fucking meat are we going to find on the savannah? FUCK THIS. We’re starchivores who also eat meat and a bit of other plant matter. The end.
