This week I made it out to the park 6 times for exercise. Walking and cycling.

My new camera comes in today. I’m planning all the birds and critters I’m going to shoot and trips and lighting…my brain is abuzzz. I’m really excited and happy.
Carnivore week / 1-2 meals per day with a coffee – I’ve lost 4.5lbs so far and am feeling quite good. Some rapid trips to the bathroom, I hope the improves. I forgot how my sense of smell improves and I don’t need as much sleep. This lead me to smelling the crack hobos in the woods watching me – oddly enough they smelled of fabric softener. I wondered if they were just dedicated to quality dryer sheets, but it turns out it is a common practice to hide crack smell…but why do that while in the woods? Idk…I mean honestly for me it was a little more sus to smell dryer sheets while in the wilderness.
Speaking of my week in weirdos, I was riding my bike in my neighborhood which is pretty sleepy / tiny and a guy drove straight at me in a Black Toyota, maybe a corolla, didn’t look like a Prius but I’m not a car person. So I drive with traffic generally speaking and this car crossed over into oncoming lane towards me – and this person, think it was a guy, was just zombie mode. At first I suspected road rage but they were so still and out of it. At the last minute they swerved over back into their lane. I noticed they were alone in the car wearing a covid-era style face mask, which in 2026 is hella weird.
I had a conversation with a man on the bridge who complimented my bicycle which was great 😀 Yup, not electric.
I hope I can keep going like this and don’t give in to my Fruity Bear addiction.
