This week, heart burn improved finally with the discontinued HRT, but I caught a really nasty flu bug and have spent all week with a fever / in bed and not really doing too much. Right before the inevitable decline I did get in a good bicycle ride two days in a row with about 25 miles ridden. I also did some Tai Chi.

I have set my day up with the following goals.

  1. Morning study Japanese
  2. Exercise
  3. Afternoon paint

Follow my diet strictly.

Work towards Japanese certification in 1 year. A painting per week. A web site build for my products. Fit enough with a lot of weight loss so I could go visit my son when he studies abroad next year.

All my plans I’ve made while having a bad fever though, sneezing my head off, eyes watering, and the rest of it. So … yeah. It’s easier to just watch Youtube hu? Always. But …God willing I’ll pull this off a bit.
