I’ve been feeling very beige and meh. Wish I had more energy. Wish I had more joy. Wish I had less heartburn.

I’m having a few issues right now. Irritable, GERD, depression – some of it is the HRT honestly. Um, some of it is Korean hot wings ;-P

Trying a new exercise program with Tai Chi, seated weights, spin and gentle exercise for about an hour. My hope is to do it everyday. Yesterday I didn’t feel good and ate ice cream and rice. Today I’m back on track. When you don’t feel well a hunk of meat is not that appealing.
