This week I stayed fully carnivore, made it to the gym twice, and finished painting a Korean beach scene that had been on my mind. Energy levels were a bit up and down—some fatigue here and there—but overall, I’m feeling like things are moving in the right direction. A small but satisfying health win: my blood pressure came in at 110/75.
I’ve also been putting time into decluttering my kitchen and storage, aiming to simplify and streamline life a bit. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s been grounding. Between the diet, the creative progress, and making physical space at home, I feel a quiet sense of momentum building.
