What is needed is a diet easy to follow because it generally consists of only a narrow range of meals but also satiating as Carnivore (ribeye, steak, eggs = good time) but heart healthy and good for weight loss & heart health like Vegan (Ornish, Pritikin, McDougall et all) – and over all it needs to be digestible and not constipating.
